These terms apply to every purchase from costumepup.com, operated by KOLSTAD CONSULTING, org. no. 938076111, Oslo, Norway ("Costume Pup", "we"). By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was listed incorrectly.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Duties and import fees are prepaid. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay or PayPal.

Products

Our costumes are novelty pet apparel. Always supervise your pet while wearing a costume, remove it if the pet shows discomfort, and do not let pets chew on any part. Colors may differ slightly from photos.

Intellectual property

All text, images and video on this site belong to Costume Pup or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Product use

Our costumes and toys are novelty items for dogs. Use them only as described on the product page, under supervision, and stop using any item that is torn or worn. They are not toys for children and contain small parts. Read the safety notes on each product page before use.
