30-day guarantee

If anything is wrong with your order, email support@costumepup.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Send us a photo. We ship a replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to send the item back.

Wrong size or changed your mind

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. We will send return instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. In many cases we can offer a replacement size or a partial refund without a return, so ask first.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that they are already being processed.

Refund timing

Refunds appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
