Shipping policy

Where we ship

United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. No PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 8 to 15 business days. Shipping is free.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email when the order ships. The first scan can take 2 to 4 days to appear.

Duties and taxes

All duties and import fees are prepaid. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Halloween

Order by October 9 for delivery before October 31. Orders placed after that date may arrive after Halloween.

Address changes

Email support@costumepup.com within 12 hours of ordering. After that the parcel is already on its way and we cannot redirect it.

Lost or stalled parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, we send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
