How do I pick the right size?
Measure the neck where the collar sits, then the costume length from the base of the neck straight down the chest to just before the front legs. Match the neck first. Between sizes? Go one up. Full chart on the Size Guide.
How long does shipping to the US take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 8 to 15 business days with tracking. Duties and import fees are prepaid, so there are no surprise charges. Order by October 9 for Halloween delivery.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US addresses only for now, including Alaska and Hawaii. No PO boxes.
What if it does not fit or arrives damaged?
You have 30 days. Wrong size: email us and we sort out a replacement or refund. Damaged or wrong item: send a photo and we replace it or refund you in full. No need to ship anything back.
Will my dog be comfortable?
Our costumes are front panels only, so the back, hips and tail stay free. Nothing goes over the face. Start with short sessions, reward with treats, and always supervise.
Is the knife safe?
It is soft fabric with light stuffing and no hard parts. It is still a toy: supervise your pup and do not let them chew it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will change the size, color or address. After that the order is already on its way.
Where is my package?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show the first scan. If nothing moves for 30 days, we send a replacement or refund you.
Is it safe for my dog?
Used as intended, yes. The costume and the toy are novelty items for supervised use: the knife is soft fabric with stuffing, the ties and buttons are small parts, and the plush cigarette contains a sound module. Never leave a dog alone in the costume or with the toy, take a torn item away at once, and keep both away from children. Full safety notes are on each product page.
